Jack’s core focus is to specialize in negotiating complex settlements along with improving our client’s financial, operational and risk management efficiencies. Jack’s career has included executive leadership positions with GE Capital and LeasePlan USA. Jack holds a BA from Reinhart College, is a GE certified six sigma expert, and is a former member of the United States Marine Corp.

Mark Nichols, Partner, Denver
Mark is a senior banking executive with over 38 years of experience with multiple banking entities. He has most recently held the title of President at three separate banks during successful mergers. His vast experience in Commercial Lending, Real Estate and Asset Backed Lending includes Asset Valuation, Restructuring, Workout and Marketing with numerous medium- and larger-sized banks. Mark holds a BA in Business from Southern Connecticut College and an MBA from the University of Colorado..

Geoffrey Dowling, Partner, Chicago
Geoff comes to Fenwick with over 35 years of experience and is a nationally recognized expert in all aspects Commercial Real Estate. He has worked with companies such as Walgreen's, Motorola and FedEx in the capacity of acquisition and disposition of commercial assets. His work with Fenwick includes risk advisory, workout, appraisals and disposition of real estate. Geoff is a client focused executive who is working with Fenwick's customers to bring solution based expertise to their issues and opportunities. Geoff holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Finance from Arizona State University and is a past President of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives.

John Pritchard, Director, Scottsdale/Chicago
John is a seasoned finance and risk executive with over 25 years of experience in commercial lending, corporate risk and financial services.  This experience includes multiple industries and expertise across a broad range of lending to include Real Estate, Asset Based Lending, and Capital Equipment Leasing.  While working at Chrysler, Toyota and GE Capital, John did significant work in underwriting, risk mitigation, workout and operations.  John holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota; is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Dave Nutt, Director, Chicago
Dave comes to Fenwick after spending 30 years as a veteran of GE Capital and Transamerica Commercial Finance. He has held executive level positions in asset based financing, inventory financing, commercial real estate and equipment leasing. Along with these areas of expertise, Dave brings extensive work-out experience and cross functional expertise in operations, risk, auditing and process improvement. He graduated in Finance from Clemson University and has an MBA from the Keller of Management.

Kevin Higgins, Director, New York/New Jersey
Kevin is a seasoned workout executive with over 25 years of experience in consulting, commercial lending, real estate, portfolio review, and asset management. Kevin played a lead role in one of the largest US insurance company real estate reorganizations in the 1990s. During the last decade Kevin was also involved in the due diligence, acquisition and restructuring of numerous real estate portfolios that were part of an active corporate M&A program. Kevin holds a Bachelors Degree in engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from New York University. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts.
